Instructions
- Add almond milk to your blender as the base.
- Toss in banana and frozen strawberries.
- Add honey and chia seeds, if using.
- Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker texture, reduce the liquid or add 2–3 ice cubes.
- To make it more filling, add a scoop of protein powder or ¼ cup oats.
- Swap banana for avocado for a lower-sugar option.
- Use fresh strawberries when in season for extra flavor.
