Seasonings & Sauces
🔥 Garlic Soy Sauce:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
🔥 Honey Brown Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat a cast iron skillet for 5 minutes over high heat.
2️⃣ Place steamed rice in the center of the skillet.
3️⃣ Arrange beef slices around the rice, followed by corn, green onions, and onions.
4️⃣ Season with salt and black pepper, then add butter on top.
5️⃣ Cook for 2 minutes, then stir everything together.
6️⃣ Drizzle with Garlic Soy Sauce and Honey Brown Sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
7️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy your homemade sizzling Pepper Lunch!
